The trick start here:
First buy a new 3G sim (bsnl 3G logo printed 128k sim, It will cost you Rs.59) After activation of sim recharge with 2G FRC (simply recharge with Rs.15 saral anant FRC) Now check your free MB of Internet by dialing *123*10# Then sms HELP to 53733 (you will get reply to change to 3G special plan just reply with 7 or which number showing) You will get confirmation sms that plan is now changed. Now Use few Mb by switching 3G mode. Last step, now recharge with Rs.98 2G plan. Now you successfully activated this trick.
Note: you must recharge before expiry date of GPRS validity every months. First time Its may takes some times upto 24hours to give 3G speed after recharging Rs.98 2G plan.
