Step:-1) Make As Below New Gprs Setting In Your Mobile

Step:-2) APN: celloneportal

Step:-3) Proxy: 192.168.87.163 

OR

 192.168.51.163

Step:-4) Port: 8080

Step:-5) Homepagebr /> www.google.com

Step:-6) Now Save The settings And restart Your Mobile...

First create new connection profile in your mobile phone

• Create new Gprs settings in your mobile phone 
• Set proxy - vuclip.com
• Set port - 80 
• Set Apn-airtelgprs.com 
• Set Homepage -  174.142.196.230 OR 50.7.14.182

 That's now restart the mobile phone and try to access the free gprs.
